CIFF 2024: Young Filmmakers Award CeremonyTBC

After the success of last year’s competition, we’re thrilled to hold an expanded competition for young filmmakers in Chiswick and surrounding areas as part of this years’ third edition of Chiswick in Film Festival.

This year’s competition is expanded to encourage a wider catchment of entries within two age brackets of 10 to 17 or 18 to 25.

We will screen the top three films from each category in this session, and announce and provide the prizes for the winning entry.

Chiswick in Film Festival returns for it’s third edition, championing the cinematic connections of our West London community. CIFF celebrates films shot in Chiswick or made by Chiswick residents. Presented in partnership with The Chiswick Calendar, the festival team are Bridget Osborne, Chris Parker, Andrea Carnevali and Rob Sprackling. Chiswick in Film Festival 2024 is kindly sponsored by The London Bath Co. who offer superior service from design to installation. The festival season artwork is designed by Aguado Polo Design. The Young Filmmakers Competition is kindly supported by Father Fabrizio Pesce of St Peter’s Church, Acton Green with Academy Award winner Colin Firth (Kingsman, A Single Man, The King’s Speech) judging the entries.
