The Truman ShowPG

Jim Carrey stars as Truman Brubank, an insurance salesman living in a what appears to be an idyllic vision of the American dream. Things are, however, not what they seem. Unbeknownst to him, Truman’s life is actually a TV show, overseen by exec/God figure Christof (Ed Harris) who has transformed Truman’s existence into a worldwide media phenomenon.

Film Club screenings are proceeded by a specialist but accessible intro from filmmaker Andrea Carnevali and post-film discussion and networking in the screen and Lounge.
